Donald MacNeil, owner of the business, was our driver and tour guide. 12 of us went to Isle of Skye and can’t say enough of his stories, descriptions, history and geology of the Isle. Super informative, stopped whenever we needed (toilet breaks especially) and very comfortable coach. Absolutely would hire again. Thanks Donald! Love Scotland!

MacNeil Coaches were wonderful for our large family gathering and tour of Skye. When plans changed frequently and often causing delays, they were so easy to work with and so helpful with getting us to where we needed to be safe and sound. Excellent customer service all around! Would not hesitate to use them again the next time we are in the Highlands!!

From start to finish, Donald and Iain were brilliant with our group. Donald called to talk through our itinerary and reassured us about the COVID procedures he has put in place and he even did a recce of our route beforehand. They were both very friendly throughout the day and were relaxed/flexible about any delays on our part.
